Upon launching the interface of Tipard DVD Creator, a two window panel will pop up. The small panel lets you select a disc type. As you can see on the screenshot, you have an option to choose DVD Disc and Blu-ray Disc. Then, below that, you can see the Project List. Moreover, going to the main interface, Tipard DVD Creator, is very simple. You can Add Files on the left side or drag a file from your computer.
